There’s no “I” in team — but there is heart, hustle, and hometown pride.
Meet Novar Gadson, a Philly-born powerhouse and the visionary founder behind the Brotherly Love Pro Am Foundation. A 13-year international pro basketball veteran, Novar made his mark early — breaking records and earning all-league honors at John Bartram High School before dominating the court at Rider University.
Now, as our Executive Director, Novar brings more than just athletic accolades. He leads with passion, purpose, and a deep commitment to mental health advocacy, using his platform to empower the next generation.
From the blacktops of Philly to arenas overseas, Novar’s journey fuels a mission greater than basketball. Through the Brotherly Love Pro Am Foundation, he's building safe, powerful spacesfor youth, women, and men to connect, grow, and thrive. His impact? Unmistakable. His dedication? Unmatched. His love for Philly? Unshakable.
Bailey didn't take the typical path to impact—she built her own. An Electrical Engineer by degree, she quickly realized her passion leaned more toward people and partnerships than powerlines. She found her stride in tech sales, leading high-revenue enterprise accounts at software disruptor, VMware. She quickly mastered the art of strategic deal-making and turning a pitch into a long term partnership, netting $20M of revenue in her first three years in the industry. Still, one question stayed with her:
What if this could mean more?
As a Division I Swim Team Captain at the University of Cincinnati, her drive was built long before boardrooms— inside the pool. Earning a full athletic scholarship, Bailey learned discipline, resilience, and the value of showing up.
She also learned that talent and work ethic aren't enough without the right mindset. None of her success—in sport, sales, or service-would have been possible without the mental health tools that helped her stay grounded, focused, and ready for the next big challenge.
Now, as Chief Sales Officer at the Brotherly Love Foundation, Bailey is channeling her experience into purpose. She's the kind of leader who sees both the person and the potential, the mission and the market.
She's not just driving revenue-she's building a movement rooted in equity, access, and opportunity for all
Having lived and worked across the U.S. and Japan, Bailey brings a global lens to local impact. At Brotherly Love, she's helping redefine what it means to lead, give, and grow-together.
